Running is personal, and as an ISSA student working toward my certification as a Running Coach, I help every athlete discover their stride. Whether it's their first mile or their fastest marathon, I provide expert guidance in training, form, injury prevention, and recovery to help clients push past their limits and cross the finish line with confidence. I coach runners of all levels with tailored strategies that support their goals, build endurance, and keep them moving strong. With this certification, I combine my passion for running with the knowledge to inspire, motivate, and transform every step of the journey.
Help patients who are recovering from injuries and illnesses to regain movement and manage pain. Assist in developing programs with appropriate progression rates for clients to reach current physical goals.
Assist in daily trainings and making sure the environment is consistent with the athletes development to maximize the athletes potential growth.
Trained and specialized in full body stretching with using the PNF technique. (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) The PNF technique is utilized to increase ROM (range of motion) and flexibility. PNF increases ROM by increasing the length of the muscle and increasing neuromuscular efficiency. This technique will increase ROM in trained, as well as untrained, individuals.
